Ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, food grade diluted baker's lye (finishing). Made in a facility that processes nuts & seeds. 100% seed oil free!
Heating instructions for frozen pretzels: thaw pretzels; preheat oven to 350°; brush pretzel with olive oil, butter or water; sprinkle with provided pretzel salt; bake approximately 3-5 minutes **as each oven varies, please keep an eye on your pretzel while reheating!
A self-taught baker & native of the Philly 'burbs, I set out to pay homage to the sublimely chewy & uniquely flavorful pretzels of my childhood, with my own twist ... these are inspired by the nostalgia of my youth. I developed my own recipe & took the original Philly 'paperclip' pretzel shape, rounded it out and made it FAT … this is the “Philly Phatty”! One taste & ya get it!
