A self-taught baker & native of the Philly 'burbs, I set out to pay homage to the sublimely chewy & uniquely flavorful pretzels of my childhood, with my own twist ... I developed my own recipe & took the original Philly 'paperclip' pretzel shape, rounded it out and made it FAT … this is the “Philly Phatty”! One taste & ya get it!
