When my husband Jon and I couldn't find a decent pretzel in California, to save our lives, we decided we'd just have to make it ourselves! Born from the nostalgia of my youth, growing up in the Philly 'burbs, we set out to pay homage to the sublimely chewy pretzels I remembered so fondly. Fast forward through literally dozens of flour trials and consumption of roughly thousands of test pretzels, we hit the mark. Ding ding ding!

We're incredibly proud of the ingredients we use, including the flour. The farmers who grow the wheat implement no-till, regenerative practices; the flour is Food Alliance Certified, Salmon Safe Certified & Non-GMO Project Verified. You can scan each bag of flour and it will tell you exactly which farm it came from!

A few years ago, I started by attending the farmers' market with all of my gear crammed inside of & strapped on top of my little red Honda FIT! These days, the business has grown to support Napa's only vintage food trailer (yeah, Trixie!) to numerous wholesale accounts, private events & a thriving online business! I'm so grateful!!!

We took the original Philly 'paperclip' shape, rounded it out and made it our own … this pretzel is unlike any you've tasted before and really deserves its own, unique shape. This is the 'Philly Phatty'!
