Our merchandise, including stickers, apparel and other non-food items, ships anywhere in the continental United States.
We hope to expand pretzel shipping beyond California in the future. Until then, this helps us ensure quality, freshness and compliance.
My current Napa County permit covers in-state pretzel shipping only. As soon as I’m allowed to ship farther, I will. All merch ships nationwide in the lower 48.

I include salt on the side with every shipped order so you can salt your pretzels exactly the way you like.
Yes. You can add a gift note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email with the message you'd like included.
Each box ships individually. I include the same gift note in every box so your message is received no matter which one arrives first. Each box is clearly marked 1 of 2, 2 of 2 and so on so the recipient knows how many to expect.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label is created. During that time, it’s normal for the carrier to show limited or no movement.

Yes, our classic salt pretzels are vegan. Ingredients include: flour, water, salt, yeast, sugar, organic extra virgin olive oil, soda (finishing). Please note: pretzels are made in a facility that processes nuts & seeds.
I am super proud of the ingredients I use, including the flour. The farmers who grow the wheat implement no-till, regenerative practices; the flour is Food Alliance Certified, Salmon Safe Certified & Non-GMO Project Verified.
You can scan each bag of flour and it will tell you exactly which farm it came from! Quality is our ethos - at every touchpoint.
Soft pretzels are best enjoyed the day they’re made. If they sit in a sealed bag for too long, the natural moisture will dissolve the salt - just the nature of a fresh soft pretzel. They’ll still taste great, but the salt won’t stay intact.
For longer storage, freeze them. If you know you’ll be freezing your pretzels, it’s best to order them without salt. When you’re ready to enjoy: thaw, add the included salt, reheat and they’ll taste fresh again.
Thaw pretzel, preheat oven to 350°, brush with olive oil, water or butter, sprinkle with provided pretzel salt & bake 3-5 mins. **Please keep an eye on your pretzel as each oven varies!**
