Pretzel Pairing - Aperol Spritz
The classic Aperol Spritz recipe follows the 3-2-1 ratio:
·3 parts Prosecco (dry or extra dry recommended)
·2 parts Aperol
·1 part sparkling water or club soda
To prepare:
· Fill a large wine glass ¾ full with ice
· Add Prosecco, followed by Aperol and stir gently to combine
· Top with the sparkling water
· Garnish with an orange slice
· Enjoy!
